About Us
Tracy Wang Law Practice was founded in 2020 by Tracy Wang after working in civil, criminal and matrimonial matters with experienced senior lawyers. With a focus on holistic, amicable and fair solutions for clients, our firm works with you to achieve outcomes that are just and reasonable.
We take a straightforward and transparent approach to advising you on your rights, liabilities and responsibilities in your divorce, probate and deputyship matters.
Both our lawyers are active volunteers with the Legal Aid Bureau assigned solicitors and have worked with countless low-income individuals and families in their legal issues. We strongly believe in access to justice and frank, practical legal advice.
For the past 5 years since 2021, our firm has been awarded the Legal Aid Bureau’s Law Firm (Gold) award for our contributions to the Bureau and applicants.​

We have a quick turnaround time for drafting of Wills, Lasting Power of Attorneys and Deed Polls and are available for house visits by appointment basis.

Focusing on the needs and wellbeing of your loved one and your plans for their future care, we guide you through the complexities of deputyship applications in a straightforward and easy to understand manner.
We help you know your rights, roles and responsibilities in taking on the duties of being your loved one’s deputy.

Founder & Director
Our founder and director, Tracy, was called to the bar in 2015 and has made it her goal to make legal advice accessible and easy to understand to the everyday person with straight-forward and honest advice for each unique client.

In 2020, Tracy was awarded the Legal Aid Bureau’s NOVO award in recognition of her continuing efforts and contributions to Pro Bono work.

Lim Charmaine J. Phipps (LL.B Hons)
Associate Director
With 10 years of experience, Charmaine's main areas of practice is family and estate work. With a focus on practical and fair solutions to all parties involved, she works together with clients in the mediation process and believes in therapeutic justice that the Family Court envisions for all divorcing couples.

Charmaine is a volunteer with the Legal Aid Bureau and in 2023 she was awarded the Legal Aid Bureau’s NOVO award
